Federal Pacific is pleased to welcome Jason Plane as Regional Sales Manager for the West Region, strengthening the company’s sales leadership and customer support across key utility markets.
Jason brings more than two decades of experience supporting the electric utility industry, spanning utility distribution, electrical manufacturing, and strategic sales leadership. Known for his strong technical foundation and customer-focused approach, he has helped utility partners address evolving grid demands while prioritizing reliability, safety, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
Throughout his career, Jason has worked closely with cooperatives, municipalities, and investor-owned utilities, building trusted relationships and managing complex supply chains. His background includes hands-on engineering and technical sales roles, as well as senior leadership in sales and marketing. This blend of distributor and manufacturing experience provides valuable insight into the full supply chain and the real-world challenges utility customers face.
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Michigan Technological University. He also remains actively engaged in the broader utility industry, contributing to collaborative efforts focused on distribution systems and best practices.
Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Jason lives with his wife and son. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities and travel with his family.
