Federal Pacific is pleased to announce that Jeremy Nelson has joined the team as Regional Sales Manager – Central Region.
Jeremy is a seasoned sales leader with more than a decade of experience driving growth, building high-performing teams, and strengthening customer relationships across the utility and manufacturing sectors. His background combines hands-on engineering expertise with strategic sales leadership, bringing a balanced and practical perspective to customers throughout the region.
Before joining Federal Pacific, Jeremy served in a variety of leadership and technical roles, including Regional Sales Director, Territory Manager, Project Manager, and Electrical Engineer. His career foundation includes direct engineering experience supporting both municipal and cooperative utilities, giving him a deep understanding of the operational priorities and real-world challenges utilities face.
In addition, Jeremy spent more than a decade with a manufacturer, collaborating closely with sales teams, representative agencies, distributors, operations, and manufacturing groups to support customers and expand market presence. This cross-functional experience allows him to connect technical solutions with long-term partnership strategies.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University. His ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-focused solutions positions him to make an immediate impact across the Central Region.
In his role, Jeremy will support utility and commercial and industrial partners throughout the Central Region, strengthening relationships and continuing Federal Pacific’s commitment to reliability, performance, and service.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and restoring classic cars. He and his wife, Stephanie, and their daughter, Katelyn, reside in Panama City, Florida.
